It all started with a handful of seeds and a heartfelt love for the natural world. In the late 1960s, Nii R & S Nursery Inc. was established by Richard Nii's father, who began the nursery on a completely bare ground.

Over time, the plants flourished and the nursery grew and currently expands across six acres of land filled with leaf plants. After years of working with his father at the nursery, Richard took over the family business and currently runs it with his wife Judy.
